ASSURANCE
BTU Heating operates a comprehensive
quality system to ISO 2000:9001. The quality systems
demonstrate approved operating procedure exists
within the company for all areas of activity.
BTU Heating has a full
understanding of construction practices and are
well versed with the latest health and safety
standards requirements. As a member of the Heating
and Ventilation Contractors Association and CORGI
plus other organisations, the company subscribes
to the Working Well Together Campaign, which has
been mounted by the Government and the Health
and Safety Executive in order to reduce deaths,
injuries and work related stress throughout the
construction industry.

As an experienced
building services contractor, the company
has a variety of qualifications and knowledge
of systems, and an excellent record completing
complicated building services projects,
on time, and in budget.
Staff training and development to maintain
a qualified and competent work force is
of utmost importance. Each member of staff
is assessed every year, and training or
development requirements are discussed,
and implemented.
Site staff, all wear distinctive staff uniform
and are provided with identification cards.
The Group operates a private fleet of company
vehicles; all carry distinctive BTU livery
in order for them to be readily identified.
